Leadership Coaching

I offer a coaching process to help leaders become more effective.  The process I use is very “feedback rich,” as change is not possible without feedback on what and why something must change. This feedback allows you to understand how others perceive your leadership including your strengths and weaknesses. 

Using this feedback, I provide guidance to help you determine: 

What needs to be changed to improve their performance

How to measure the change

What steps to take to both make and maintain the change over time

Steps

  1. Determine your long-term goals and objectives

  2. ​Assess how you are perceived as a leader from the perspective of your peers, direct reports, senior management and your manager.

  3. Understand how your current leadership behavior is both hindering and helping you achieve your leadership goals

  4. Create a plan to improve your leadership by leveraging your strengths and overcoming your weaknesses.

  5. Develop a continuous improvement system to ensure your growth as a leader is maintained and enhance.
